If any action shall be brought on account of any breach of or to enforce any of the terms or conditions of this agreement, CHECKIM.COM shall be entitled to receive from client a reasonable attorney's fee. The client shall pay reasonable attorneys fees and all costs incurred by CHECKIM.COM. Client agrees that venue for any proceeding shall be in Marion County, Florida. CHECKIM.COM guarantees the client that it will fulfill the service as stated on site. The client is responsible for correctly utilizing the services of this site. If purchased link has been clicked, expired without use or data entered incorrectly no refunds will given. If client believes an error has occurred, the client shall notify CHECKIM.COM and CHECKIM.COM will determine due course of action. Client agrees to be fully responsible for payment once results have been issued on behalf of the client irrespective of whether the client needs or wants the information any longer. Should client place results into dispute we will take action to retrieve our funds, including but not limited to placing the account in collections. Once results have been placed in dispute for fraud or violation of any law, our confidentiality agreement is null and void. Should a charge be made, we will notify the link recipient of the link request (if link has been clicked by link recipient), and inform the proper authorities. Client will execute this agreement upon payment for a link.

18 U.S.C. § 2252B. Misleading domain names on the Internet
(a) Whoever knowingly uses a misleading domain name on the Internet with the intent to deceive a person into viewing material constituting obscenity shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.
(b) Whoever knowingly uses a misleading domain name on the Internet with the intent to deceive a minor into viewing material that is harmful to minors on the Internet shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 4 years, or both.
(c) For the purposes of this section, a domain name that includes a word or words to indicate the sexual content of the site, such as `sex' or `porn', is not misleading.
(d) For the purposes of this section, the term `material that is harmful to minors' means any communication, consisting of nudity, sex, or excretion, that, taken as a whole and with reference to its context--
(1) predominantly appeals to a prurient interest of minors;
(2) is patently offensive to prevailing standards in the adult community as a whole with respect to what is suitable material for minors; and
(3) lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value for minors.
(e) For the purposes of subsection (d), the term `sex' means acts of masturbation, sexual intercourse, or physical contact with a person's genitals, or the condition of human male or female genitals when in a state of sexual stimulation or arousal.'.
